Steve and Cindy Moylan Started IDEA in 1990 and have used the Design/Build method to remodel hundreds of kitchens and baths in the Lake County, Illinois area.
We charge fair prices on all our services which are separated into 3 phases:
1) Design, which is charged per square foot
2) Product sales, Itemized with List Price and Discount
3) Construction, Bids compiled from the design drawings and product lists
